Ok, so I know it’s been a really long time since my last update. Anyhow, a lot has happened in that time.

First, Zander had a 15-month checkup & WOW! He’s 35″ tall (THAT’S ALMOST 3 FEET!) & 29 pounds! What a HOSS! The doctor says he’s above the 95 percentile in both height & weight (whatever that means  ) But these past few weeks, we have all been very sick. Zander ran a very high fever for about 3 days (around 104) which made me even more of a basket case than usual if you can believe that! Come to find out, he had his first ear infections. So, he was on Amoxicillin for what seems like forever & is finally all better. HOORAY!

My Titans had been losing their shirts but kicked some Brownie butt (here’s a mention about getting manhandled by the Vikings last weekend…blah, blah, blah) & creamed the Cheeseheads last night, WOO HOO!!! I’m glad they’ve finally got their hearts back into the game. Though, too little too late I’m afraid, for the playoffs, I mean (sniff, sniff.)  Oh well, there’s always next year!  GO TITANS!

Well, the inevitable has finally happened, my get up & go, got up & went.  We traded in our beautiful Silver Pontiac Grand Prix GTP for a beautiful Dark Teal Nissan Quest!  I am now officially a minivan mom!  Next thing you know, I’ll be 30…UGH! (September 27th, hint, hint.  Cash is preferred, but diamonds will do.  Thanks!)  When he has the time, I’ll see if Brian will put up a photo or two.

We’re leaving for Mom & Pop’s (My mom & stepdad) the end of this week for Christmas & I’m very excited! They are so anxious to see Zander & have put up his own little Christmas tree for him & everything. It will be nice to get out of town for a bit. Sadly, John will not be joining us as planned….

You all may know that my baby brother, Sr. Airman John A. Kopacz, is proudly serving our Country in the United States Air Force. About 3 weeks ago, he was deployed to the Middle East. He cannot tell us where he is, nor will he know exactly how long he will be gone. I am just asking that if any of you pray at all, please add him to your prayer list. And please do not forget all of the other brave men & women overseas, away from their loved ones this Christmas, doing what is necessary to ensure OUR SAFETY & FREEDOM. Thank you.

I would also just like to add that my heart truly aches for all of the families who have lost loved ones in the atrocious terrorist attacks against our country & the ongoing attacks in other parts of the world. God Bless us all.

MERRY CHRISTMAS WITH SO MUCH LOVE!
